I was thrilled when I saw this page and it brings great memories of playing jazz with Spider Martin in Rochester, NY. I was a drummer going to Monroe Community College back in 1977-79 when Spider spent a couple days doing a jazz clinic with a second night live concert. It was certainly a thrill to be on stage playing great music! A fond memory indeed. Thanks for creating this page in honor of Mr. John “Spider” Martin.
